Event Management

Zisys has built a team of experienced project managers who are capable of taking any event from the ground up, coming in to run the final show or on a consultancy basis where we can advise at each stage what is the best way forward.

Scottish Airshow

Scottish Airshow

We are the sole production and event management supplier to the Scottish Airshow. The Scottish Airshow is set to become Scotland's largest event this year with a predicted 100,000 people attending on the Saturday and 20,000 on the Sunday. We are extremely proud to produce this world-beating event. 2015 saw the Red Arrows make their debut appearance at The Scottish Airshow while the infamous Vulcan Bomber made its farewell flight in Scotland along with The Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight.

Stirling Hogmanay

Stirling Hogmanay

We were awarded our first Hogmanay in 2010. After demonstrating our production skills by increasing the scale of the event, we were selected for the following 4 years to produce Stirling's Hogmanay.

Despite the weather, the events were extremely well attended. Our 2013 production won Best Large Event at The Scottish Event Awards.

In 2012, we booked the Proclaimers, which with the help of the BBC's first attendance at the event, brought Stirling Hogmanay to the World!
In 2013, Deacon Blue took to the stage as well as Dougie MacLean creating an unforgettable moment singing Caledonia to bring in the Bells.

Westsound Burns Supper

Westsound Burns Supper

The Westsound Burns Supper is the largest Burns Supper in the world. For the last 7 years it has been held in the ball room of the Thistle Hotel in Glasgow. This ballroom gives great scope to create a truly stunning setting for the event. We take the organisational efforts of Westsound and produce the show for the audience and radio.

Armed Forces National Day

Armed Forces National Day

Armed Forces Day is one of the largest events in the UK and is held each year to allow the public to show their support for the Armed Forces Community, while also allowing the Forces to demonstrate their skill and force to the public. Every year the event finds a new host city and in 2014, the City of Stirling was chosen.
Stirling council ran the event with ourselves where we took a production and event management advisory role, steering the council in the correct direction to make for an outstanding Armed Forces Day.

We were present from the very start. From the empty field, right through to the 2000 strong Veteran Parade and finally the drum head service attended by Princess Anne and The Rt Hon David Cameron MP. Not to mention the Stadium-sized stage that hosted entertainment throughout the day we ensured everything was in the right place and on time.

We oversaw the large arena where live combat demonstrations took place featuring Sea king and Apache helicopters as well as a program of air display to rival Farnborough. Thanks to all efforts involved the Armed Forces Day national event for 2014 was a roaring success.
