For 20 years Danny was an Air Traffic Control Engineer working for NATS.
Working on Air Traffic Control systems such as Radar, Radio Communications, Data Networks and the North Atlantic Air Traffic Control System.
While at NATS Dan completed over 100 ATC industry related Equipment Courses in an industry where quality, safety, precision, complexity and high standards are the norm.
Simultaneously running a busy recording & rehearsal studio and a PA hire business known as the 'Toucan' studio based in Irvine.
After leaving NATS Danny formed Zisys AVMN Ltd, closing the studio and taking the PA hire business into the additional areas of Video Production, AV and Lighting hire.
Dan has now worked as a FOH Sound, AV and Monitor Sound engineer at events all over the UK and internationally.
From events such as T in the Park & The Burns Festival, through theatre work to top end Corporate Events in London.
Sometimes simultaneously Project / Event managing.
He also now lectures part time at The University of the West of Scotland to BSc and BA undergraduates.

Zisys AVMN Ltd now employs six full time employees and regularly uses freelancers from a pool of about 20 of Scotland's finest.
